Strike Martial Arts – Front Kick
| There are 3 main basic kicks we need to learn before we move on to the more advanced kicks.They are Front Kick, Round Kick and Side Kick.
Each one of these kicks are broken down into 5 parts so that you can get the best technique possible for your kick. |

1)Stand in a guard stance with your favourite leg at the back. |

2) Chamber you knee up towards your chest, keeping your other foot flat on the floor |

3) Kick your leg out to the front fast and sharp, keeping your other foot flat |

4) Bring your leg back to you chamber position. |

5) Put your foot back on the floor going back into your guard stance |
